First Places:

Ok, now where to go...  Well if your newbie listen up,
it'll save you alot of trouble!
The places on the main map, or overworld, are Nelbee Ghost Town,
Nelbee City (A.K.A. just Nelbee), Nelbee Kennels, Nelbee Forest, Torollas, and
Mt. Kimilieya.
Well if your Newbie, you might not want to go to Torollas as the
first town, and if you have, you'll know why.
So follow this.

When you first make your level 1 character, you need to go to the ghost town.
Unless someone has unleashed them, you wont have to worry about enemies
just yet.  After entering,  go into the house next to the enterence.  There is
a man standing there surrounded by water.  this man is a vender, he will sell
you what you need for at least the first 3 places.  Buy from him a rusty small
shield, a pointed stick (Yes, this venders pretty broke if he has to sell pointed sticks),
and a small potion.  This is what the "Help getting started" tells you to do in the beginning.
These items are what you'll need to get started.  Now, go to the upper left of the house,
and explore around.  Wild dogs that have overrun the town will attack you while exploring.
But before you go to the area with the dogs, you will notice two doors: A top one, and a bottom one.  Go through the bottom one which leads you through a set of doors, like a gate, and leads down
to one of the infested areas.  The bottom is the less aggressive area.  but it does have more dogs.
Explore around, picking up what you find, including potions, gold, and items, which you can sell if you have
a duplicate of something.  Fight through the bottom half untill you get a carving knife, and a steel
small shield.  now you are ready to go to the top half. Close the bottom half to prevent dogs
from sneaking up to you or wandering by the vender, then open the top door.  Do not
open any other doors after that untill you have cleared the open area of dogs.  Now, you will notice
two shacks with wolves in them.  These are not that harmfull as long as you have potions
and you do not fight more than one at once.  First kill the dog that has a shield in it's room.
This is because you will have to heal after the battle with it, and you can equip the shield before
you heal and you'll get more from the potion.  Next, slay the wolf with the cleaver in it's room.
Now your ready for a tougher battle.  Heal up, then go to the door that you can't see through.
Open it, there will be 2 dogs waiting inside -- No match for you now with your trusty new
weapons.  Kill the dog in the room after that, and then you will see a tougher battle.
2 wolves at once.  Make sure they can't attack you at the same time (Fight um one at
a time while there in the doorway), and kill them.  For this battle you get a reward.  Go up, then Go to the left
path, and not the upper door yet, and get your reward.  Then go to the next door, walk
up but don't open the second of the door set.  This is the boss room.  this will be a fairly hard battle
with you dieing alot if you don't use enough strategy. First strategy is, WATCH YOUR LIFE -- refill
your HP when you are low (The drink command was put in the battle statpanal for a reason- quicker
access) and you should be level 2 or 3 by now depending on how many enemies you killed.
When your lvl 2 you get your first skill.  Use this skill on the boss.  Bash wont be very usefull
on him, flame can do some major damage on him, as with sacrifice,
minor heal is like having an extra potion with you - always usefull, and sneaky stride, you can go up to him and unleash at least 2 attacks before he attacks you once.
Once he is dead you will see a message pop up saying that you found the mystic key number
1.  Mystic Keys are found when certain bosses die, and are used in entering the final area.  He also
drops a good sum of cash enough for a potion itself. pick that up, and if you were quite successfull
in doing everything (Not dieing at all) you should have enough for an indian spear from the
vender there.  Now you are finished with the first area.
Explore the continent, leveling up on the way and find items.
Before I'm done, here is a few more usefull hints:

Go to the Nelbee Kennels after that, then to Nelbee Forest.
In Nelbee City you can find everything that you need all the way up to about level 4.
Before proceeding to Mt. Kimilieya after Nelbee Forest, you should ern up your level a bit more.
There isn't much to do in Braiyn Graveyard (Past the outskirts of Nelbee City), but it's a great place
to ern up before proceeding to Mt. Kimilieya.  Other than that the graveyard is just a path to harder places.
